只會跟貓傳染，途徑是透過血液或是唾液感染
不一定會發病，只要注意提升免疫力及健康
跟一般貓咪沒有什麼不一樣喔

大吉是遠從台東靠著愛心接力來到台中找家
來到台中後在我們細心照顧下變得圓潤又撒嬌
原本以為大頭橘貓應該會容易找到家
但在健檢裡發現大吉帶原貓愛滋
就這樣送養的過程一直無人詢問
那時候常常會捏著大吉的肉餅臉想著：
這麼可愛又親人沒有理由沒人領養啊
終於努力曝光後遇到現在的領養家庭了
領養家庭一家三口沒有養過貓
兒子想養貓好一陣子
全家終於決定養貓時
連媽媽也用心上網做足了功課
家訪那天媽媽問了好多問題
討論著怎麼讓大吉更容易適應新生活
從吃飯、喝水、便盆一一細聊所有
媽媽也不在意牠是愛滋貓（做足功課）
就這樣大吉順利入住了這個可愛溫暖的家庭
到新家已經兩週了
越來越適應新環境
也替大吉感到開心終於找到家
其實不論是狗或貓在救援中我們常常遇到先天有疾病的或意外後出現殘疾
這些孩子在找家時通常不是領養人的理想領養目標
很多孩子就因為身上的缺陷或疾病一輩子找不到家
我們希望更多想養毛孩的朋友
在領養前能仔細思考自己的能力是否有能力給有缺陷或不起眼的毛孩一個家
如果有能力是否也願意接受牠的不完美
你的Yes可以改變牠一輩子的命運
不再流離顛沛、不再茫茫寂寞
Daji (which means auspicious in mandarin) came far away from Taitung,
relayed by many people and finally arrived in Taichung to find his forever home.
Daji grows chubbily and becomes affectionate and cuddly under our care.
We thought it should be easy for an orange tabby to find a home,
however he is tested positive for FIV which makes no adoption inquiry for him.
We often stare at him, rub his chubby face and wonder, why would no one be interested in adopting such a cute and cuddly cat?
After a lot of exposure on social media, he finally finds his adopting family!
The adopting family is a family of three and they’ve never had a cat before.
The son wants to have a cat for a while. When the whole family decides to get a cat, they do a lot of research including the mom.
The day we visited their house, the mom asked so many questions about how to help Daji get used to his new life, from food, water, litter box to any details.
The mom also doesn’t mind he has FIV at all (she’s done her research!).
Daji joins this lovely and warm family for two weeks so far.
He adapted to the new environment better and better.
We are happy that Daji finds his forever home!
As a matter of fact, during the rescue, we often find many dogs or cats that are born ill or have disability because of accidents.
They are not the most ideal option for most of the people who are looking for adopting a pet.
A lot of fur kids couldn’t find a home because of their illness or disability.
We really hope more people can think thoroughly if they are capable to provide a home for fur kids that are defective or not eye-catching.
If you can accept their imperfection, then your “YES” is going to change their fate, no more stray life, no more loneliness.
